Please take note though, that because you are buying a new business, the banks will not finance you on future income projections, and will therefore only take your current income into account as a measure to determine your affordability.

You can easily service at least 5 clients per day.Based on a minimum rate of R 600, you could therefore work on a weekly turnover of R15 000.Expenses are limited to mainly fuel costs and maintenance and should not exceed more than R20 000 per month.It is therefore fair to say that the business could provide you with a monthly income of R40 000.


We would also strongly advise you to source maintenance contracts with restaurants and any business dependant on working drainage. The maintenance contracts contributes to your fixed monthly income and should therefore be at least equal to your monthly expenses. (The value of monthly contracts varies a lot depending on the specific client’s needs. It is typically based on an hourly rate of R 600.)

OF THE R250 000 PURCHASE PRICE, HOW MUCH OF IT IS EQUIPMENT

R 160 000 is equipment (an equity on your balance sheet). The balance covers the agency fee as well as all the marketing material provided - business cards; corporate clothing; branding on the trailer & towing vehicle; fridge magnets and your web page.

We require a 40% deposit on the placement of your order. Whilst the equipment is being manufactured, we also prepare your marketing material. On completion, we require the balance payment. Your equipment is then delivered and we come and do the onsite training.
